why do motor bikes nearly always have 2 wheels the same size?
or two wheels approximately the same size.
I’m doing a custom design for a motorbike (Akira style) for a friend and was wondering if there is a technical reason or if it aesthetic?
if I’m wrong, please could you link a few examples.

I’m referring to the radius not the diameter.
First off all, different size wheels will effect the handling and the stability of a bike. The rear wheel, makes a bike stable. The front wheel, makes a bike handle. If the difference between the two is to great, they will counter act each other. Granted this effect is small, in a relative way.
The smaller the wheel, the easier to push the bike over in a turn. But the harder to stop, the lean and pull it back upright. The larger the wheel, the harder to push over in a turn. But the easier, to pull it back upright.
So if you want a bike that handle well, but is stable enough to ride. keep the wheels closer to the same size. If you want a bike that handles faster go with a smaller front wheel than the rear. If you want a bike that handles slower, but is easier to ride. Make the front wheel lager than the rear.
