Watch Calculator
It is my heart rate monitor calories burned accurate clock?
I just bought a watch / monitor to track my calories burned during exercise. I'm 5'4 and 220 pounds, women, and 20 years. According to many online calculators and my watch, there are big differences. I just made a course of high-impact aerobics and the clock was 250 calories! How can this watch really know what I'm burning, if its not my program allows me to weight / age / height / gender?
If they were not able to enter the height / weight / age / sex you are not getting an accurate reading. I have a watch strap I love polar hours. Some will even tell you how much you burn each day.
