Looking for advice, assistance, recommendations for Santa Eulalia, Ibiza.?
My girlfriend and I are off to Ibiza in a week or so, stay in the Tropic Garden Apartments in Santa Eulalia. Were only there for a week so we have some questions to help prepare and develop the budget, if someone can help with any of these that would be great. What is the best beach of Santa Eulalia? How much does it cost to rent a car for a day? How much Ferries to Formentera? Is this only for foot passengers? How much is the car / bike rental in Formentera? Where is the best restaurant for cocktails? Are there any good vintage clothing stores / things at home? (We like a mix well). What are the cheapest supermarkets to buy groceries? If you can help with any of these or have any other advice, please let us know. Thanks in advance!
The beach opposite the apartment is very well, never gets too busy, sufficiently close to cafes and bars, etc, but because of the ride remains independent. The entire stretch of beach along the party graduation is the same reality in front of the hotel Riomar possibly a bit quieter than the rest. Can not help with a car / scooter info as I use the buses.They are cheap and easy. You must go to the Mariners at the beach bar while you're there, day or night, is fabulous. Very cool, great atmosphere and beautiful area. There are some nice boutiques and there is a small market and nice too. The hippy market in Es Canar, worth a visit, but beware of pickpockets there. There a number of points on Spar, are price wise but there can be an Eroski supermarket that is better value. Not that fr of their apartments. There is also a small shop Sales of drinks English English / food. A bit expensive but is managed by a lovely couple called Rod and Sofia, which are full of useful information on the island. They used to holiday there before buying the store. If you do not have air conditioning in your apartment rent fans are much cheaper than elsewhere. Probably be able to tell the best place to hire. The views of D'alt Villa are impressive, it's worth going at night and during the day.
