Do we pay strata with town house and villa house and what the different between villa and town house?
Which one is better to save money from strata, do we own the land with both of it?
Townhouses and villas are the same just different descriptions. With strata owners you own the unit itself and the lands and common areas are jointly owned and maintained…that is why you pay a monthly fee to keep up these areas, insure them etc. as for which one is cheaper for strata fees… the fees are based on the value and size of your unit, amenities and other extras that the strata provides. don’t just look at how much the fees are, but more importantly What You get for them.
