Hypothetically, if one were to make the consumption of alcohol, then it would be better to use tap water or bottled?
I have fear that certain impurities in the water to interact with the reaction, making it safe to drink my brew. For example, my tap water can be treated with a chemical crazy, and that any crazy chemical that due to the region where I live. If tap water is highly chlorinated, or leave sit for a day or (better) to a boil. Bottled water is a waste of money, at best. worst case, could be dangerous.
