Stick Red
What will cause red beans to stick to the bottom of a good quality pressure cooker ?
Beans contain starch.Starch=sugar.When you cook anything containing starch(think of rice),it will eventually stick to the bottom.It is always trial and error to find the right timing when cooking anything.You might want to think of cooking your beans in a more traditional way such as in a pot on the stove,or maintain a higher quantity of liquid in your cooker and just drain it off before serving.The advantage to this is you get rid of some of the gas forming substances that are so common with beans;-)
