How can I forget a bad memory that’s stressing me out and making me cry?
I just watched some movies like “Kiki’s Delivery Service”, “Tommy Boy”, “Disturbia”, “Evan Almighty”, “The Santa Clause” series, and TV shows like “Happy Tree Friends”, “Metalocalypse”, “Frisky Dingo”, “Robot Chicken”, “Courage the Cowardly Dog” “The Fairly OddParents”, “The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron“, and “Spongebob Squarepants” and it reminded me about a lot of bad memories, like the quiet time song from “Animaniacs”, someone telling others to get out in a very angry voice, The first Live Action scooby-doo movie, Dexter’s Labortory’s Chicken Scratch, and other things that stress me out!
When my mom yells at Cody, it also reminds me of the woman with a harsh voice from one of the live action Scooby-Doo movies.
I believe you are watching WAY too much TV. Try talking to your mom about how her tone makes you feel. She may not realize how she sounds. It will help to get outside and be more physically active. Try reading or listening to music (not the head-banging rock). Just be more active.
