Saddle bags – as the outer thighs tone?
Go to the gym and tone a lot, but I have yet lightweight saddle bags – my outer thighs are a bit soft. I need a super sexy lean body. Any help on how to get rid of them?
Resistance training in the legs with a much lighter weight low, but more repetitions. In addition, a type of relaxation exercise can help, I'm thinking of something like Tai Chi or Pilates. These exercises are slow burning Balance sheet and bulk your legs up as the weights.
