Is it better to increase training in relation to the mileage or minutes?
By increasing physical acitivity toward a goal (the training race: 5K, 10K and half marathon), is it better to increase the mileage on the time or increase my minutes in time? I know that mentally I prefer to watch running until the end, but it is bad that I do not know how far I run? Will it hurt me in the end, if I'm running and not running at a rate adjustment (Minutes per mile)?
The time is always better than when adjustment programs, 1 run time is the same for a beginner to an experienced athlete. One can run 6 miles and miles of 10 others. However, it is probably useful to have a career week for a known distance, to know what pace is running and this helps when it comes to races and know what time it is likely to run. It can also function as a measure so you can see if it improves or not, which is good for you mentally. Given that you're looking to do a test run after time each week or fortnight over 3 km to 5 km distance will help to their training in many areas.
