How do unsuspend myself in pirates of the caribbean online?

i was suspended for 24 hours on pirates of the caribbean online and now i want to unsuspend my self. when i try to log in in pirates it brings me on a page that says im suspended for 24 hours then it says it needs my parents to log in below. which password and username are they supposed to enter? their email? someone help please because when they enter their disney account name and password it just says ERROR on the next page. someone please help me and my family

Did your parents open the account for you? Is it in there name? did they use there credit card? If so then they need to sign you back in. Depending on what kind of suspension you got you may be suspended longer then the 24 hours check your email again. POTC has gotten alot harsher with there suspensions.
Ok with the error message most likely your parents have changed the pass-code and the email. When you get suspended POTC sends you an email stating exactly What You said. maybe your parents saw it and shut down your entire account. I would ask your parents, or call POTC
