How do i make Nandos Peri Peri Sauce at home?
Kindly tell me how do I make Nandos Peri Peri sauce at home in a simple and easy way also tell me the alternative of the ingredients if any of it is not available easily.
Note: Any additional tips would be highly appreciated.
peri peri is made from birds eye chillis (african) all you need to do is pulverize them and add whatever other flavours you prefer to make the sauce add vinegar and either tomato sauce for sweetness or cream tastes lush peri peri is just the chillis but i like to add cream to make a peri peri marinade .
Last year i made friends pots of hot sauce for christmas . were all big on spice . if you wanted to keep in a jar use a preservitive salt/ vinegar and close lid very tight. good luck
