Are sprouts a good substitute for healthy eating?
buds are in a package such as legumes, beans, etc … .. a good substitute a meal of lentils … Can we skip a day of food and service seed … What are the nutrient values … Is weak in the middle of the day …… need some advice …. thanks in advance
The shoots are good to eat, but I doubt if they are sufficient to maintain throughout the day. If the announcement of legumes beans, lentils outbreaks would be fine, but outbreaks is not sufficient to sustain throughout the day.

Six Pack to the diet should be included on your plate
A six pack plan diet should consist of four to five meals a day. This is important because it will help to curb the problem of overeating.
