Light Therapy, a Light Against Winter Blues and Seasonal Depression

Why do street lights go out when I go there?
I do not, and that's going to Sound Crazy, but almost every time, walking or driving Street lights at night, flashing below them as I go, and come back after I pass. I do not understand, and drags me out slightly. Can there an explanation for this, or is it just coincedance?

I am trying Very Hard to remember the exact moment of how they are going, but I think when you approach them in turn so you can see the road more clarity. When you are younger than them, go out, because you do not need more light. You can return to when someone comes – As the output and passes you. Again, without knowing on the timing of it.
