Led Color
In the LED color chart, when it says “Fwd Voltage (Vf @ 20ma)” does it mean the current has to be 20ma?
or is 20mA just the setting of the multimeter?

20 ma is the current that will flow through the LED when the forward voltage is as given.
But the truth is that one almost always controls the amount of current flow though an LED with a limiting resistor, and lets the LED and the limiting resistor determine the actual forward voltage.
