Jump Lights
car theme: All the lights, but it will not turn around. Starts with a jump. Suggestions?
2003 Jetta. Turning the key in the ignition, I see all lights come on (radio, dash, etc), but the car will not turn over. It will, however, begins with a quick jump (only to do the same after turning the car off). Any suggestions?
