What kind of activities can I do inside to exercise my Dog?

I have an Alaskan Malamute puppy and Monsoon season is about to start here in Korea so I was wondering what kinds of things I can do indoors with him to help him get his energy out for the next couple of months until the rain finally stops.

Exercise, Do We Really Need It?

Exercise, is it really important? Well for some, exercise has been part of their lives. Some people wouldn’t start their day without taking their morning exercises such as jogging or as simple as stretching. Some are power hungry, or those that couldn’t end a day without going to the gym, run a whole mile on a treadmill, or lifting heavy barbells / dumbbells to build up their muscles. Men try to build muscles to show off or just attract the women. Women may also have that same reason: to feel good about themselves and to attract guys.
