A unopened Furby won’t work. Any suggestions?
I have a Furby and it has never been open and just opened it for my son and it won’t work. Any suggestions?
It could be dead batteries or a short somewhere in the circuitry. Or any number of issues. Furbies were actually pretty notorious for not working properly. But if you want to open him up and look around, it couldn’t hurt.
To open up a Furby, you’ll have to look around its base, usually near its tail and cut the thread loose. Once you cut the thread, there will be a draw string. Cut that and slide the fur off. There will be some screws that can be removed with a Philips head screwdriver. I’m not entirely sure What You‘ll want to look for from there, since, like I said, there are several things that could be wrong with the little guy.
