seriously why is no one concerned with the amount of rain we have received so far?
From Florida to NJ it just has not stopped now for about 4 weeks. It is either one day sunny then 5 days rain etc. There is obviously something really wrong with our eco system. When is this crap going to stop?
The point of the question wasnt how to really run from the rain but more on the ECO system. Much as it was ignored here in the question it has been ignored in life. This is why we have such unpredictable weather now that is horrible.
How are your dams – full? No! don’t worry, then. You have probably had wet periods like this before but can’t remember them. Why don’t you check climatic statistics and see how often these “abnormal” weather conditions occur. Send some of the water to fill our dams. They have been falling since 1996 to about 40% capacity. Only over the past two years have we had decent rains and dams are up to about 60%.
