Pole Dancing Moves Provide Excellent Exercise, Flexibility And Self Confidence

The newest exercise routine is pole dancing. This form of exercise will help to tone your body while you burn tons of calories. This is a great way to exercise, have fun and lose weight all at the same time. Before practicing any of the Pole Dancing Moves it is important to stretch and warm up in order to avoid possible injuries.

One of the basic moves is climbing which is a perfect beginning exercise to prepare you for learning many others. The basic climbing move is excellent for giving you added strength and flexibility. There are a few different climbing moves and all of them are good for toning back, stomach, legs and arms.

Basic climbing is to climb up the pole using hands and feet, similar to the way you would climb a rope. Put feet close together at the base of the pole and place your hands on the pole and stretched above your head. Lift your feet and move your hands to climb up.

Once you have reached the height you intended, there are a couple different things to do. First you can walk your way back down, or while holding on fairly tight, cross your legs in a sitting position for a minute or so and you can spiral or slide down. These are all great workouts for legs, arms, back and abdomen.

The different forms of a leg hook will vastly improve the leg muscles. The styles of the leg hook include one leg extended, two leg hook, one leg squat, twist and stand, double leg hook, double leg extended, two leg stand pole, two leg hook, push up crawl pole, two leg squat move and a leg kick.

An inversion includes various inverted positions such as open v, back bend, hand stand pole, open side v, sliding dismount and the inverted snake move. Each of these will provide a great work out to the arms, abdomen and leg muscles.

Learning Pole Dancing Moves looks more difficult that it really is. Some of the moves may take practice, but it will only take a few practices to become a pro. The exercise is great and it also provides self confidence. There are many different ways to begin exercising with pole dancing such as joining a studio that offers it in your area or by purchasing a pole for installing in your home.

I don’t really know so much about dancing but I can tell you something.

You can try and balance one foot on the floor and life the other foot up and spin very fast with balance.

Practice: That’s the key word! So keep practicing and you’ll get it!
