Who can I cosplay? READ DESCRIPTION PLEASE!?

Okay, I’m going to AX 2010 and would love to cosplay. The problem is, I can’t find a character. I’m short (~5″) and I have brown hair that comes to my shoulder blades. It’s wavy, but I can straighten it. However, I won’t cut it or dye it. I also have a short pink wig that I bought for my first cosplay. I’m not picky about eye color. The one thing that’s hurting me finding a character is the unfortunate fact that I can’t pull of the school girl uniform…stupid miniskirt..
Any ideas, please?
