why are green olives saltier than black olives?
they ruin pizzas in my opinion .. I love black olives on the other hand.. u can taste what an actual olive might taste like in those.. green olives are like pure garnish to me .. maybe a nibble but damn >.<;
It depends on the type of brine in which the olives are cured. I’m not a big fan of really salty things and I really like the Bella di Cerignola green olives – they’re very mild, not salty and they have an olive flavor that’s similar to the taste of the black ones you’re describing.
