Everything i am eatting/drinking i throw up, water, crackers make me gag, ginger ale, sprite, banna, gummie bears, mints, tea AND i’m not even on prenatal vitamins yet. I have an ultrasound thursday, i just started work at a hospital today and have a week and a half or orientation I am going to call in tomorrow and quit because this is too much for me!! Any advise??

Mint Tins as Fun Personalized Favors for Weddings and Showers
Wedding mint tins have become a popular favor in the last few years. Their popularity has a lot to do with their reusability and their practicality. First, a nice mint after a delicious reception meal is a nice gratifying touch for your wedding guests. Second, the mints can be taken with each guest and used after the reception. So this favor definitely has more than one use.
As for the types of mint tins, many companies will manufacture a complete wedding mint tin product. They can be personalized with the bride and grooms name, wedding shower information and more or any other special event detail. The mint tins often come in many colors and specific bridal theme designs. From beach theme to spring wedding designs, a wedding mint tin has been created for virtually every theme. There are even bar mitzvah mint tins!
Here’s some events personalized mint tins are ideal for:
- Bar Mitzvah’s
- Weddings
- Bridal/Baby Showers
- Anniversaries
- Graduations
- Dinner Party
- Holiday Party
Things to consider when using mint tins as a wedding favor are: will there be children at the event? If so you’ll want to make sure the children receive a different favor. Mints could be a choking hazard and you want to be ever so careful. Consider gummy bears or other soft candy for the children’s table. Also consider the type of mint or candy to put in the tin. If you’re having a winter wedding indoors, maybe a mint is not appropriate, maybe a small chocolate or mocha flavored treat would be best. For a spring wedding look around for lemon flavored candies for a sweet, citrus taste to add to the spring theme. One last consideration, think about adding a personalized note inside the tin. Maybe create some fortunes for your guests, or a love quote. People love surprises and personalized touches. Adding a simple note could really show the guests your gratitude at their attendance.
So even though a mint tin has become a popular wedding favor, you can add it to your wedding with some fun twists. The key to a perfectly personal wedding is the custom touches you add. Enjoy your wedding and mint tin favors!
