have extra ordinary intelligent daughter of 3 yearsn 2 months. Doctor says she is a special child.what games should i play with her to keep her busy and grow intellectually well as she gets bore with her toys easily.Iwant some constructive playway techniques to keep her engaged n active.
My son is 2 years and 10 months and we too are told he is very gifted. He is not old enough to have his IQ tested, but the doctors and teachers (he doesn’t go to school but we have run in to teachers in stores and my guy is very friendly and talks away to them) are certain that he has a genius IQ. We take our leads from him a lot of the time. We let him go in to educational toy stores and browse, and he will go to the things that interest him. He is also very musically inclined and so he has a keyboard and a guitar that he plays. For his 3rd birthday we are getting him a Drum Set. Music is excellent for the mind. Music and art. My son loves to draw, and for months now has been drawing actual pictures that are fully recognizable. I would get her lots of paper and paints and crayons, etc. An easel would be great. My son also loves to dance, and I used to be a dancer, so I am teaching him steps and he has memorized the dances. I also do the little kid songs with him, such as Ring around the Roses, Hokey Pokey, The Wheels on the bus, Head Shoulders Knees and Toes, etc. We sing them (he knows all the words and so he sings them now) and do the dances. He loves it.
Other things he enjoys doing is counting money. We let him count the change in his Piggy Bank, and sort out the quarters, dimes, nickles, and pennies. She may also enjoy putting Lego’s together. My son loves to build the models.
