Police Academy Exam Preparation
I wanted to help you with your police academy exam preparation. Before you’re even allowed to get into the police force you have to take an exam. It’s away to determine whether you truly understand what it is like to be a police officer. Since there can be hundreds and even thousands of people applying for a few jobs, the exam will fail over 60% of the people that take it. Right now the odds aren’t in your favor and with the amount of competition that will be applying, you’re probably not going to get the job. With my help you’ll be able to take a step in the right direction and beat out the competition. I’m going to talk to you about the police academy exam preparation. Like I said in the introductory paragraph, the exam is designed to see if you truly understand what it is like to be an officer. High School can breed a lot of bad habits for us. The first thing that probably comes to Your Mind is to memorize all the rules and regulations that govern the behavior of a police officer. That would be smart if you’re in high school looking to regurgitate these answers. This is an exam to be getting a job in the police force; they need to know that you understand What You‘re writing. That means you’re going to be asked a lot of situational questions and you’re expected to be able to discuss exactly what you do, what you look for, etc as you go through the interaction. Another aspect of police academy exam preparation is your ability to spell. You may have thought that when you left high school you wouldn’t have to worry about this sort of thing. Officers of the law spend a substantial part of their career writing reports that ultimately are read by judges and lawyers. You have to be able to communicate effectively and that means good writing skills.

Flashpoint Academy Question?
Do they — the teachers — judge your intelligents? As in, do they expect you to know the answer to something right away, with little time for a response? Or do they help you, if needed, come to a understanding?
I read a reply in Bobby 75′s post saying that you — the student–had to take a written test in class. Is that true? Is it a written test: math, resding, writing? Or is it a conversation test about film?
I ask this question because my film teacher is not helpful. He’s always giving us tests and never teaching us about film. I hate taking test, written that is. I’m actually thinking of dropping out, and enroll in Flashpoint. I need to be interactive when I learn, I can’t just sit around doing nothing like taking a written test each and everyday, I can’t do that.
